Job Description

Employ subject matter experts to resolve complex issues pertaining to specific programs. The representative shall have the interpretive skills, business process, and product knowledge to accurately resolve in-scope issues.

  • Ability to train on intricacies of industry claims submission and data fields.

  • Provide technical/investigative support to Issuer/State clients on

  • Contribution and/or distribution discrepancies

  • Technical implementation and reporting issues

  • Risk adjustment calculation execution (payment and charges)

  • Payments of advanced premium tax credit and/or cost-sharing reduction

  • Claims data transmission/transformation issues

  • Payment amounts, status, and proration of payments

  • Information regarding standard procedures of payment timing

  • Overall program deadlines and claims format requirements, frequency, etc.

 
Basic Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must speak English clearly and fluently

  • Must be able to type and enter data accurately into a computer application

  • Must be able to work in an office environment and get along well with others

  • Must be able to follow workflows developed by others to support programs, to ensure appropriate
    referral to Tier 2 or Tier 3, as well as management of timely escalations

  • Must be able to use technology and computer programs as necessary to accomplish assigned workplace
    tasks

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued Public Trust clearance and treat all aspects of
    work-related information and data with high degree of confidentially

Experience:

  • 2 years Help Desk

  • 2 years Customer Service

  • 2 to 4 years technical experience combined with educational requirement or 4 years technical experience without educational requirement

 
Education/Certification:

  • 2 years technical degree or certification accompanied by required technical experience

  • 4 years degree in Computer related technical field preferred

  • Network+ Certification preferred

  • Security+ Certification preferred
